Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
Defending Clients Worldwide in Petitions and Removals
Temporary protected status is an immigration status for those unable to return to their homelands due to environmental disasters, armed conflicts, and other conditions. This is annually renewed at the discretion of the Attorney General of the United States. During this time, an immigrant cannot be removed from the United States, is able to obtain employment, and may be able to travel.
If you or a loved one is concerned about their TPS or wondering if you are eligible for protection, speak with our immigration lawyers in Hamilton, OH. Offering services in English and Spanish, Jorge H. Martinez Attorney At Law can help explain what this status means and whether or not you are eligible to apply. We have an unsurpassed understanding of immigration law and can use this to your advantage.
How to Qualify for Temporary Protected Status
