Graduated as a Lawyer from the "Nueva Granada" University in Bogota Colombia, and specialized in Criminal Sciences from the University "Externado de Colombia", Jorge Hernan Martinez emigrated to the Unites States of America where he obtained license to practice Law in the State of Ohio. Since then he practices Immigration Law.
